Commission Policy:

1. There will be a non-refundable materials payment on all orders that are not in stock items. The order must be paid in full before delivery.

2. Buyer is to pay for all shipping, handling, installation, etc. charges, which will be in addition to the estimated price.

3. Estimates are only a guidline for price, if the design changes, the price will change accordingly.

4. For all large work requiring sketches, there will be a minimum $50 design fee

5. All work not picked up within 30 days of completion will be charged a $5/day storage fee charge unless other arrangements have been made.
